Racial Info/History:
An anthropomorphic is basically a sophisticated way of saying a 'furry'. While Bobby isn't actually furry, he is a 'furry' in that he's human genetics crossed with animal genetics, most specifically that of the Komodo Dragon. Anthropomorphics come in two 'flavors' mainly. Digigrade and Plantigrade. Billy is Plantigrade, where he walks on scaled feet as opposed to having his ankles up much higher and walking on just the toes.

Talents:
Marksmanship, speed, intelligence, and extreamly powerful paralytic saliva he can use, or not use. And, less of a talent and more of a quirk, he likes raw meat that's a bit old.

Abilities:
Quintesans - The ability to focus energy through his body, and into his arm, which allows him to summon. Ofcourse, this 'transforms' his arm into a gun, which has to be held by his non-metal arm. The Quintesans can take many forms, each one is used for a different atribute. Each combination of the colors makes a different creature. Ofcourse, this power is often activated when he's under great stress.

Asmid - The power of the same Quintesant energy allows him to generate bursts of energy that swarm people, generally making what's known as 'bullet hell'.

History:
Born to a mother who was full human and a father who was a full Digigrade lizard, he's a bit of a 'hybrid' and often walks around not talking to anyone. IF you can pull him out of his self-loathing, which isn't hard, he's a fun guy, really trusting, and a bit goofy. He also likes first person shooters, which is ironic considering his powers.
